The main SMT business is: SMT chip mounting, BGA soldering, plugin processing(mixed assembly),OEM with purchase, PCBA, plastic injection parts & mold；. The main product can be used for: medical electronic instrument,  mutli-media player, internet advertisement machine/TV, mobile central control board, mobile remote control lock, transducer, soft starter, Hall sensor, wireless module with emission and reception,explode-proof electrical device, LED light(up to 1.2m in length), FPC soft plate processing, GPS guide device, electronic communication products, inspector, test & survey instrument, digital temperature control instrument etc.

Over the years, we have the production capability of 1 million SMT point, 500,000 pcs plugins per day for SMT.  We have two fresh new production line: SM421 chip mounter, and Jinnuo ES-800 with 8 temperature area solder reflow , two chip assembly line and wave-soldering one, which can meet different high level of mount soldering and technique requirement on PCB board as well as the most precise SMT mount soldering in the current electronic industry with the smallest chip up to 0201 and the smallest chip distance 0.3pitch; the BGA soldering 0.3pitch & beyond for the smallest ball distance, which machine can process the special shape part; LED strip; the maximum dimension can be 600mm*400mm for the chip board, the minimum 50mm*50mm.

PCB & FPC, for 2-36 layers high precise PCB board which has the characteristics: buried/blind hole,  high frequent board, mental base, high Tg, thick copper board, tin sprayed board, gilt plate, immersed AU board, immersed tin board,  immersed silver board, OSP, and tin spray without lead.
